Brew it Yourself Part 2
It's been well over a month since I posted on here about brewing my own beer. Between then and now I waited, bottled, waited some more, and finally cracked open my first homemade beer. The results? Inconclusive. Each beer explodes once it is opened, which would be awesome if my team just won the championship...but alas. The beer that I'm able to save is actually really good, so there is hope.
Back to the drawing board for the next batch. Need to do some research on how to avoid over carbonation. Any suggestions?
Brew It Yourself
Just finished brewing my first batch of beer. Holy crap what a process! Mad respect to all of the local, smaller breweries across the world. I am ridiculously beat from the last 4 hours. But you never know: maybe this was step one in my future career as a brewmaster. Guess I'll find out in about a month...
