Today, I created a delicious blue moon milk thanks to @planetoat milk! Oats pack a lot of punch for such a small package! This rich, creamy, oatmilk is free from dairy, peanuts, soy and gluten. And it contains 2 grams of protein and fiber per serving! How do you make moon milk? Just heat 1 cup of Planet Oat milk and add 1 TBSP honey, 1/4 tsp ashwagandha powder, a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg, and a tsp of butterfly pea flower powder (for the pretty blue color)!
