A tasty new take on the traditional Spanish drink, this White Sangria with Lillet Blanc is very refreshing. The floral and citrus notes in the Lillet Blanc go well with the sweetness of the fruit and the fizz of the sparkling water.
Ingredients: 1 bottle Lillet Blanc. 2 cups white grapes, halved. 1 orange, sliced. 1 lemon, sliced. 1 lime, sliced. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/4 cup triple sec. 2 cups sparkling water or club soda. Ice cubes. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: White grapes, orange, lemon, and lime slices, sugar, and triple sec should all be put in a large pitcher. Mix the sugar in until it's gone. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours to let the flavors mix. Before you serve, add club soda or sparkling water to the pitcher and stir it around a little. Put ice cubes in the glasses and then pour the sangria over them. Add some fresh mint leaves as a garnish. Enjoy! Serve cold.
