I’m not even sure what to say. Crosses the centerline to overtake me with oncoming traffic. There are plenty of folks who cycle on this road, I can’t be the first they’ve ever encountered. If you do the math, taking your time around a cyclist isn’t that big of a deal, it isn’t going to make you late to the place you probably don’t want to go anyway. So, if you look close at the top of dudes steering wheel you may notice he is looking at his phone. Luckily, I met him oncoming rather than him approaching from the rear because I’m guessing with him driving into the morning sun and looking at his phone he’d have never noticed me on my bicycle. Yes, I emailed the pics to his company and no response as of yet.
