Nothing like a gorgeous ride to start the week off right 🚲 Love it @whileoutriding ・・・ Every family aspiring to go car-light should have a cargo bike. Mine is a Surly ECR with an Xtracycle Leap attachment. Without it, I'd have to drive to the trailhead where Sage can safely ride (unfortunately, crappy driving means the road to get here is way too precarious). With it, I can tow his bike behind mine, and we can chat while we ride. Why go to all this trouble? One: every trip becomes an adventure. And two: this is part of my grand plan of teaching Sage that bicycles can be the default mode of transport for short trips.
