Take your daughter to work week, day 5: DO ALL THE THINGS! Worked this morning then ferried from Oakland into San Francisco to explore. Climbed Hyde (and got multiple "Woah"s on the way) so we could zip zag down Lombard, stopped to see the seals, explored the shore and found some treasures, biked across the whole Golden Gate Bridge, and now working some more remotely from Joe DiMaggio Playground. It's the last day of #NationalBikeMonth! Ashley here from the Support Team and I had some pretty lofty goals this month. Here is my final tally! * Bike to my 100th new county park: done! (And I biked to an additional 7 new parks - woohoo!) Bike to a cumulative 100 parks: done! (Biked to 103 total) Pick up 200 lbs. of trash: almost made it. Biked out 143 lbs. which I'm super thrilled about! Most trash surprisingly weigh so little but cleaning up it has an immense impact. * I had so much fun challenging myself this month by exploring local wild urban spaces and doing my part to keep them clean. I'm going to continue my trash clean up efforts and possibly upgrade to a trailer that will allow me to haul out more trash in one ride.
