Got a parking ticket and an expired safety inspection tag in the same go today.

Which. First of all, screw you officer jerk, for compounding that like you couldn’t have just written a note about the second thing. And why are you going through the off campus neighborhood parking, specifically looking for parking tickets to give out???

But second of all, what do I say?? I’m gonna argue both of these because I simply do not have the ability to pay $90+ dollars. That’s why I walk nearly a mile to park off-campus for free.

But it’s my friend’s car, the tag expired 11-2023, and she’s not in the state right now, so I’m using it for now.

And on the other ticket he wrote what the problem was but never marked it on the box things.

Do we think I have a chance? And how should I write the letter to contest it?

They not only got me for the expired registration, inspection, unsafe tires, DWLR (Driving while license revoked) but they also really got me for possession of my own revoked license... Like really....

Im so fukkin angry

I am expressing displeasure at the fact that I have a fucking ticket just because I accidentally ran a stop sign. My feet were aching. What the fuck do you expect? I cant drive perfect when I'm sore and tired. Ugh. Whatever.

i need help.

to anyone who is familiar with the law of new york state, or has had a similar experience, i have a court summons for being driving without a learner's permit, let alone a license (please put aside your judgement it's all very convoluted). any advice or help in going about this and what the penalty may be is much appreciated!!!

you know when youre in a foul state and you have to pay for a new phone and on top of that, your driving ticket but you cant help but relieve your stress by compromising your credit card with online shopping?? story of my life right now.
