DRMCTHR release new single ‘Underneath’
The second track from Baltimore's DRMCTHR in 2019, ‘Underneath’ unveils a deeply impassioned and introspective side of the group. Following the triumphant creative shift marked by ‘Burning Up’, the Baltimore trio (Chelsea Tyler, Bryan Czap, and Craig Perkins) continues to shed their skin to reveal ‘Underneath’, a raw, romantic and honest declaration of self. Having enlisted producers Chris Kamrada (Dashboard Confessional) and Maika Maile, DRMCTHR’s anthemic songwriting breaks new ground, marked by pounding percussion, sticky synthesizers, and soaring melody.
"We are excited to finally share 'Underneath' with everyone,” say the trio. “This is one of our favorite songs that we've written. This song speaks to the feeling of changing, but hoping that the people you love understand who you really are."
