Always a classic! If you like spooky graphic novels with supernatural female protagonists, you should read the Fatale series by Ed Brubaker, a look at the life of a noir femme fatale from her perspective as she deals with being ‘so beautiful it’s a curse’- quite literally, and quite fatally. (Someone buy me the Deluxe Volume 2, I’ve been looking for a used copy for so long...)

Itunes says it’s called Chuck from 2017 but I think IMDB lists it as The Bleeder from 2016 and I guess at some point they changed the title and the official release year or something.

That’s great! I was worried for a second they were buying their own hype - but IMO her “feminism” here is about as genuine as Walter White saying he’s “doing it all for my family.” And I think that’s cool! I wasn’t quite feeling the show at first, but now I am excited to follow her trajectory here.
The way Hendricks plays it -- especially her trying to be the meek “good girl” for her husband and then unable to resist doing her own “I am the one who knocks” moment pouring cash all over him... fun!
