Amaria wants to be fashion forward and look fabulous, but she's also traipsing around Thedas constantly, saving people and shit. And she also likes to look of these really fancy clothes, but feels uncomfortable wearing them. So she's probably more practical, but if she doesn't like the way it looks, she not wearing it period.
