So it's droid week, and there's been some nice stuff, but I love droids and wanted to drop a few ideas here in case someone comes up with something brilliant! (cross posted on the rebelcaptain server, but also here, just in case).
1: Cassian Andor is a math savant, and the only two people who do not seem aware of this are Cassian Andor, and K2SO. Speaking in complex mathematical equations and concepts is just...how friends talk.
2. K2SO has determined that Cassian's happiness is negatively affected by how everyone and everything on base seem to be continuously interrupting his time with Jyn (and/or all the Rogue family). Kay takes it upon himself to provide Cassian with a night off, uninterrupted and free from crises, reports, and intrusive gossip mongers. It goes...a little sideways
3. Chirrut tries to explain music to Kay
4. "Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!"
5. Kay discovers logic puzzles, and drives everyone nuts with them.
6. Former Separatists turned Alliance soldiers arrive on base and see K2SO...and their reaction varies wildly between "hey, we used to fight with droids, and we miss them" to "we used to fight with droids, and they failed us."
7. K2SO's first kill as an Imperial Security Droid, K2SO's first kill as a rebel
8. K2SO discovers one of the laws of combat - The quartermaster has only two sizes: too large and too small.
9. How an organic treats droids is indicative of how they are as a person. Write from your fave organic character’s POV about a droid.
10. Modern AU idea: Cassian is an engineer/engineering student, and his robotics project is alarmingly life like.
