For anyone who follows me just for gun stuff

I’m probably going to be moving all my gun posts to my other blog, collegearsenalofficial. Im trying very hard to get that blog/youtube channel off the ground, and I feel being more visible on it is probably a good first step.

There will, of course, be things I post on this blog about guns still, mostly if I find it to be impressive or interesting or amusing to even non firearm lovers. But for the most part this is going to start being more about my personal life, animals, other hobbies such as WH40K and DnD, and the like.

If you follow me and like guns, I would very much appreciate you following collegearsenalofficial as well. Otherwise, I hope you dont mind if I start reblogging more delicious recipes, cuddly puppies, dark souls stuff, and proof that Nurgle is the best god in warhammer. Khorne is a close second.

You might be a gun nut if...

You spend more time and money buying ammunition than actual food.

Spent 200 on groceries and agonized over it. Spent 250+ on just shotgun shells on an impulse.

I bought more of em. More specifically, 20ga birdshot. 250 shells of it.

Also managed to find .22lr for $3.00 /50 rounds. Picked up 100 rounds (such was the box limit)

I hate having so little ammo. Havent been paying attention to buying enough to keep up with shooting, and my guns are getting close to being “expensive club” status

So not that anyone asked...

But I have been working on a Sci-fi RPG for awhile now. I won’t pretend it’s completely original (after all, what is?), largely being a reskin of Dark Heresy’s d100 system (similar to how Star Wars d20 was a “reskin” of the normal ogl dnd system).

Ive finally got enough of it done in STACKS of notebooks that I feel comfortable typing it. This is a pretty big project and will take awhile to be completely done, but a thought ocurred to me:

Ive been asking friends with help testing it. And by testing, I mean everything from proof reading, to actual mechanical testing, to “hey, this description isnt really clear”, etc.

While I do very much appreciate their help, more testers means more feedback. More feedback means more refinement. More refinement means a better game.

Im fully aware that im gonna get trolls, anonhate, and the like. But I want to tap into the thinktank here.

Anything that is tied to this will be tagged with #VOID and #tabletop from now on. For the record, im aware its littered with spelling errors and minor grammar stuff. A lot of that is due to me mostly typing it on my phone. Still, if you think its something that ISNT tied to that feel free to say something.
