Health challenge update...without planner pics, because I forgot my planner. [cue sad trombone]
Anyway! I NAILED IT! Four workouts last week:
Monday: Couch to 5K Week 6 Day 3 - 22 minute run
Tuesday: Lifting! Bodyweight circuit. 1 round of 10 reps, one round of 14 reps.
Wednesday: 50 minute walk
Thursday: (nothing.)
Friday: Does mowing the lawn with a push mower count?
Saturday: Couch to 5K Week 7 Day 1 - 25 minute run
Sunday: 2 hours of ziplines, giant swings, and climbing a rock wall! woo! I need upper body strength! Climbing is super hard without it! (It’s also hard WITH it, but it’s usually slightly less hard)
