When walmart under values its best emplyees, they lose them. I've been lower management for 7 months, with the company for 10 months, and I'm done. I'm done being talked down to, treated like shit, given the short stick, stuck with everyone else's slack, and expected to be quiet about it. I've had emails with my store manager, meeting with my assistant managers, "rallys" with my employees and nothing is fixed. I've been promised some important days off next month to see my Marine friend, so I will stay til them so I don't lose them with a new company. But as soon as my marine is on her plane back to work, I'm looking for another job.
