Literally... He just wanted to be Dean's bestie, maybe even more and all Dean saw was the cold exterior that Crowley showed. He didn't care to see the good, fluffy, sweet, loving, passionate side... Poor Crowley.

Do you shame people for shipping something? I haven't seen any evidence of this, I'm just curious.

Absolutely not. Never. 

I might not have a lot of ships (my dedication is pretty one-track), but I could not begin to imagine shaming someone for something so personal and harmless as the pairing they choose to support. 

Shipping is for fun - it is based on fantasy, and it is such a beautiful outlet for the creativity and passion of individuals. Just think of all of the amazing art and writing and edits and gifsets that our ships produce. If I’m scrolling my dash, and I see something awe-inspiring that supports a ship I am unfamiliar with, or even one I don’t care for, I will not hesitate to hit that little heart. 

People should always be encouraged to use their imaginations - to bring to life things that would not otherwise exist. It’s something amazing, and it builds a camaraderie between us (if we allow it to), and to see love where others do not - that, too, is something pure and special. 

My OTP happens to be a ship that receives more hate than most, and while I cannot fathom the reasoning behind wasting so much energy just to expel more hate into this already unkind world (over something that is meant to be in good fun, no less), the best thing to do is to ignore such unfounded anger. 

So have an OTP, have 300 of them - have an OT3 or OT4, have an NOTP… ship JudasxJesus or FrodoxGollum - that’s all your choice, kid. If you want to come to me to gush over a pairing, I’ll gladly hear you out. I might not have a lot of input, but you can trust me when I say I’ll sit here and grin like a happy fool watching you become so passionate and giddy over something so important to you.

Is drowley dean and crowley? i always called it deanley

Yep. There’s been some debate amongst shippers as to what the ship name is, but drowley is the most common, followed by crowlean (because I think Mark referred to it as crowlean once), and then deanley (which I think Shatner called it once). Squirrley is my personal favorite, but I decided to go with the most popular to reach more people.
