Oh, Seraph of the End is great, isn't it? Some great fics I've found on AO3 [all mikayuu]: To Have You Again by jellustration, short and cute. Follow Your Instincts by ruthlesslistener, ongoing, ABO but not weird about it. Garden of Hades by 6lilystrings, fav. Love Bites by dollfacedetectiveagency, Lost Boys inspired.

I’m three quarters of the way through Follow Your Instincts. I normally feel weird about abo but the author has done a really good job of fleshing out the world and adding in details that make it super compelling. 

I’ve been reading SO MUCH FIC since I finished the series, so thanks for even more!

Hi! I was wondering, how do you think Kaine's feelings about Peter changed, after finding out Peter was the original, not a clone? :)

Off the top of my head, here, though I’d love to dig into some comics and give a more in-depth answer sometime…

If it weren’t for Ben, I think Kaine would have just transferred targets, and continued taking his anger and resentment out on Peter. All he wanted to do, originally, was make the “original” feel the same kind of pain he was going through.

But then he “got” what he wanted. And realized he didn’t want revenge at all.

Sure, it turned out to be the wrong Spider-Man, but he tore Ben’s life to shreds. And yet it hurt him to do so. And yet, again and again, the man he told himself he hated? Forgave him. Sympathized!

And then he died before Kaine could even say “thank you”.

That changed everything for him and Peter. On some level, I think the old resentment is probably still there, but I think Kaine sees that Peter is the only “brother” he has left. And he’s not going to make the same mistakes twice.

That doesn’t mean he and Peter will ever be best buds. But they’re family now. Whether they like it or not.

Take Old Pete and Old Kaine over in MC2. They don’t like each other, they don’t

trust

each other, but they’re willing to fight back to back when the time is right (both complaining about it, of course). That’s pretty close to how I see things winding up in 616 as well.

Officially it was said that Daken's sexuality is whatever the fuck he wants

I get why you would have a character like him have that kind of attitude toward his sexuality but he's not written that way most the time. Like when he was in the dark Avengers and he would enter every room by kicking the door in and yelling "hey homophobes"

gods, I wish I still did, because I’ve been asked about it before, but it was a story that my sister told me. She’s majoring in graphic novels and comics and she read it in one of her hardcopy textbooks. Which she sold back at the end of the year and has never been able to remember the name of no MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I’VE ASKED!
