hey can stimming build up ? recently i went through a time where i was anxious for days and i couldnt stim at all without feeling physically ill and now that its over with i frequently feel like stimming. as long as im not sad ill Want to stim.
Since stimming’s such an important regulatory behaviour, if you go without it for too long it could totally sort of building up ‘cause your body wants to make up for it. I could get into the hows and whys but I’m feeling quite ill today unfortunately :c Trust me though, has to do with brain chemicals.
