Jack took awhile before he decided to go and visit Samuels. He had to configure the system with whatever exchange happened with Angel and Wilhelm. He also didn't want to come empty handed. He brought some snacks just in case the visit will take longer than planned. He wanted to talk to Wilhelm first but he supposed the cyborg can wait.
