Task: Annual Visitor Day Application Forms - August 9th

It’s that time of year again! The staff has swept and scrubbed the compound in preparation for their annual PR stunt. While family and friends may visit throughout the year, this is a chance for many of those who are unable to travel such a distance to see their loved one. Belmont will be offering an assortment of activities for participants to enjoy while spending time together. 

All visitors must complete an application form to be pre-approved prior to the start of the event. Complete the form below the cut from the POV of any visitors (up to three) that are applying to visit your character during the event.

In order to establish your suitability as a visitor, it may be necessary for Belmont officials to send an inquiry to ascertain whether or not placing you on the visitor list would present a management problem for the institution, or have other possible adverse effects.
