My back is feeling MUCH better....only a slight, dull, ache. Soon…….maybe not tomorrow…..but perhaps Saturday 👍🏻😊 Today I chose to adjust my workspace and create a “standing desk.” I figured that the majority of my pain was coming from getting up from a seated position and having to stretch my back each time. Guess what? Standing up all day turns out to have been a GREAT idea!!!
