I want to do so much worse than I’m doing. I’m really grasping at being decent or good, but that doesn’t feel near as good as being a monster. I want that instant gratification, I want that wish fulfillment and immediate relief. I’ll be good. I pretend it’s out of decency and obligation, but honesty it’s just cause I can’t find something. I hate that. I wish I was better. Whatever. I always get what I want, one way or another. Just later than I want it. I just kinda thought I had better self control. I think I’m just a lot younger than I give myself the leniency for. I hold myself to high standards for someone who has always been barely more than a wild animal.
