Drunk in Goodneighbor
"Swap hats," Emogene said.
"It'll be fun!" she said.
"Don't you boys look cute!" she said.
"We're never doin' this again," Vin said.
"Nope, no way, too weird," I said.
"Back to the hotel, then?" Vin said.
"Yup," I said, replacing my cap.
Your OCs when Drunk
I was tagged by @ashintheairlikesnow and dadgum this morning is slow, so here we go! But not too many because you’re evidently supposed to tag as many people as characters you answered for and I don’t have friends lmao
Thanks ash for tagging me!! :D
Milo: Not terribly exciting, he mostly just gets all smiley and a little giggly. Unless someone starts fighting with one of his friends or bad-mouthing them, then he switches into attack mode. Not that angry Milo is scary (he isn’t), but dadgummit if he ain’t gonna try to make them hurt.
Jackson: You want to have a good friggin’ time? Drunk!Jackson is gonna give you a good friggin’ time. He’s basically normal Jackson, but dumber, and louder, and more of a joker. If he’s not drinking to have fun though, perhaps to put memories out of his mind, he’s pretty quiet. He might crack a joke if someone’s around, but he usually gets this kind of drunk when nobody’s around. Lot’s of crying too.
Elias: Elias often jokes that he has a near-death experience every time he gets drunk. He’s 100% correct about this, and he really shouldn’t brag about it, but if he knew he was right, he definitely would. He’s not quite the comedian that Jackson is when drunk, but if you dare him to do anything, he’ll likely do it.
Damien: When he drinks, he often stops talking. It’s rather difficult for him to string together a coherent series of words, so he just tries to speak as little as possible. He is almost a master of faking sobriety despite this, and, for the majority of his story at least, is almost perpetually buzzed.

Your OCs When Drunk...
Hello friends! I got tagged by both @whumpiary and @redwingedwhump (Thank you SO MUCH) to talk about what happens when my characters get drunk off their asses. So, without further ado...
Jay: Has never been drunk in their life. This is partially because they genuinely hate the taste of alcohol. They tried various beers and half shots of things at Princeton after they turned 21, but the drinks turned their stomach and made them make horrendous faces that vastly entertained their friends. It is also partly because they were often told they were “too much” in high school and middle school. They got “too excited” about things that “nobody cared about.” They remember jeers of “stop monologing” and “oh my gosh, you’re so annoying!” They’re afraid that if they get drunk they’re lose their hard-won control of social norms and chase everyone they love away only to be known as that annoying loser who ruins things because they won’t shut up.
Beth: WILL start a fight before the night is over. When Beth is drunk, she curses like a sailor and becomes the most aggressive and protective bouncing ball you’ve ever seen. You can insult her. That’s fine. But the moment she thinks you’re disrespecting her friends or a random stranger or the bartender (She will absolutely tackle you for under-tipping), Beth is going to go after you. She usually starts with just yelling, but the more drunk she gets, the more likely it is that she is going to throw hands. She can hold her own surprisingly well, mostly because she’s scary as hell when she comes at you. Also, she fights dirty.
Daniel: Is ex-military and has been through counter-intelligence training. That means if you’re trying to get him drunk to make him uncharacteristically talkative, it is not going to work. He has a high alcohol tolerance and mostly stays calm and level-headed even with a belly full of beer. Will drink you under the table while discussing philosophy the whole time. Can (and will) physically restrain friends about to start fights (looking at you Beth). Tips the bartender at the beginning of the night and stays behind to pay extra for damages. The best thing about drunk Daniel, Beth finds, is that he smiles more. His shoulders seem to relax and he belly laughs for the first time she’s ever heard.
I have NO IDEA who hasn’t done this, so if you’re game, hop on it and tag me! I’ll mention @fallingstormphoenix, @straight-to-the-pain, and @burtlederp! Happy whumping!!!
(Can't reblog it) claws: euphoria has been in war longer than any dragon but barsom cluse has been alive*he spat with malice *
*The bat tender looked rather shocked at his malice of words.* Bar tender: So sorry for insulting you, stranger. I am nothing but a simple bar tender with a simple mind.

Your OCs when Drunk
@acutorfantasia tagged me for this, um, a whiiiiile back and I lost track of it but I found it again!
Danny: Pre-abduction Danny would get more and more sarcastic and cynical and louder about it. Get him drunk enough and he'd end up bitching about his parents. He white boy dances to his music if it's on or complains loudly if music he doesn't like is playing. Eventually gets morose and silent and watches YouTube music videos until he passed out.
Post-abduction Danny would be nervous unless he picked the drink out himself and watched every single step of it being made. He'd insist on making everyone's drinks because he's um, he's really good at that now - but also it's a safety thing because whenever he didn't make the drinks in the cabin, Bram had probably drugged them.
At first he'd relax, be more talkative and get more physical - scoot closer, let people touch him, smile more, give hugs. Eventually it would become clear that drinking was part of life in the cabin and he's falling back on an instinctive need to please whoever he's with, give them whatever they want. Get him really drunk and he would probably slide into a flashback or get scared and start clinging to Nate.
Nate: Nate is a quiet drunk, but he also gets more cheerful. He likes to listen to other people talk when he's drunk but he doesn't really join the conversation. He will also get more and more protective of Danny, keeping an arm around him, keeping people from touching him, watching him for signs of upset.
As he gets drunker, he gets protective to the point of it making people uncomfortable - but as Danny is very vulnerable to being pressured now, even Ryan kind of understands it. He also gets more physical with Danny - it's the only time Nate being touch-starved since returning from the woods is remotely obvious, as Drunk Nate will take every opportunity to touch him, even in just largely platonic ways.
He spent years subjected to constant touch and while he's happy to wait for Danny to feel more comfortable, Drunk Nate has a tendency to get morose about it and start getting physical because Danny doesn't really mind if it's him.
The only exception to Nate being a quiet drunk is when someone starts talking about his favorite books. Then Nate becomes a speech-giving drunk and will happily tear into what amounts to a lecture at any given opportunity.
Ryan: Chatty, charming, charismatic, delightful. Everything Ryan is in his everyday life, just turned up to 11. He flirts good-naturedly with anything and anyone, he lights up the room, he's the life of the party.
Everyone remembers Ryan as their favorite person in the bar. He dances with impeccable rhythm, he appears to be having a great time. He goes home with people on occasion and continues to be delightful and charming there, too.
When he drinks with post-abduction Danny, he's protective and loving and sticks close to him, shoots glares at Nate, occasionally picks fights.
When he drinks alone(during the time Danny was missing), he puts a movie on and just drinks in silence until he gets tired enough to pass out.
Ashley Denner: Doesn't get drunk anymore. Always wanted to, but it doesn't work any longer. She does like the taste of a good Irish whiskey, though.
She likes to pretend to be drunk to lure prey, though, and has a pretty good mocking impression of sloppy drunk she pulls out.
Abraham Denner: Bram can still get drunk, although it cycles out of his system fast and so he has to drink a lot to get drunk.
Drunk Bram is quiet but watchful, eyes sparkling, interested in every detail. He talks less, but his words are more aimed and pointed. He gets handsy; very, very handsy.
Drunk Bram likes to play, and God help Danny if he decides he wants to play with the puppy.
