Story time.
A long while ago, one of my friends was playing Skyrim when he noticed an unexplainable dead dragon under the bridge by the main gate of Whiterun. He named it "Bob the drunken dragon." Bob's soul could not be absorbed, so he still had his skin and everything, but was just laying down under the bridge. Every now and then, Bob would be on top of the bridge, or just not there at all (Don't worry, he came back.)
