Of the Brit/Scotch/Irish/Welsh clan, most to least, who gets drunk fastest? And what happens when drunk?

Scotland: 0-1Alistair drinks. A lot. All the time. So he doesn’t get drunk really, unless he is really hitting the bottle. Even if he is trying to get drunk, it takes a long time for him to get there. Though once he is there, he is a rather bi-polar drunk. One moment he can be laughing and smiling, and the next he can be self-loathing in the corner as he cries into his glass. It really depends on the mood and the company.
Wales: 5-6Dillon doesn’t like to drink a lot. Though if it is one of the rare times he isn’t the designated driver, he wouldn’t waste the chance. If he gets drunk, he tends to be a very happy drunk. Drunk Dillon finds almost anything funny and always has bright red cheeks.
Northern Ireland: 4-5Seamus takes a while to get drunk, but when he does expect him to be horribly off key with karaoke and swinging from the chandelier. He also is known to pull Angus into crazy ideas. Seamus is definitely the dumb drunk who needs to be reminded that he isn’t a super hero.
Ireland: 4-5Angus isn’t a heavy drinker, but if the situation is right, it will take a good amount to get him drunk…just make sure he isn’t around Seamus when he gets drunk. Those two really start trouble. Drunk Angus, however, balances between being a dumb drunk with his brother, or a philosophical drunk who likes to have deep conversations.
England: 9-10Arthur is pretty much a lightweight…not to mention, he says weird things when drunk…Do we need a reminder of what happened at the bar with Alfred?
