One of my favorite things to do is Vocal Tone because it's such a free way to use ones voice...been doing it since I was a toddler...creating harmonics and vibration within my own body...focusing the tones in different areas...and just allowing myself to just be. The instrument in my hand is a Shruti Box...it uses a bellow like an accordion to make the sound. Now imagine being on stage with an audience...and we have everyone singing their tones...it was incredibly powerful and so much fun for us. Thursday AFTERNOON Concerts at Pierce College.
