Prince Geoffrey, Prince Benedict, and Prince Fredrick of Druzar c. 2075

Some historians say the Druzan Monarchy was abolished as a way to move on from Druzar's sordid past, others say it was because of these 3 goons and their "3 brain cells."

The Hamptons

Lord Sebastian Hampton, Second Duke of Barre is the younger brother of the late Queen Rhea of Druzar. The Hampton's are the second wealthiest family in Druzar after the Royal Family. The Hamptons made their fortune in military tech.

Sebastian was not close with Rhea who was 5 years his senior. Rhea married (then) Prince Kristopher when she was 18, making him 13. Once Kristopher became King of Druzar, he bestowed the title, Duke of Barre, to Rian Hampton (Rhea and Sebastian's father).

The Hamptons are considered "new nobility" and not well liked by the older noble families. While the Hamptons have adapted to most of the customs of Druzian nobility, they do not follow the practice of polygamy. Both Sebastian and Vance's marriages were arranged members of older noble families as a way to further integrate themselves into the noble class.

Theodore has been making some appearances over at @officalroyalsofpierreland and Rowena will be popping up somewhere else at some point.

Gen 4 Trentallia Monarchs

Procrastinating story things by working on future story things that I'll probably never get to. I won't spoil who's who (though you're welcome to guess) but I'll share some random facts about them:

Three of them are descendants of asshat

Three are related to Archer

Two get married

One inherits the throne because their older sibling abdicates

One never marries and names their nibling (niece or nephew) heir

One was conceived via a sperm donor

What do you think would happen to Ryland in the Eleanor/Tristen Au?

Okay! So my delay in answering this is that I wasn't sure what the Tristenor AU would look like as there were so many different ways it could go. Would Asshat still become king and have all his kiddos or would he die young? Is Tristen still the heir to the throne? Would he have to abdicate to marry Eleanor? Would Donovan be the new heir, would the monarchy be abolished, or would Druzar merge with Trenton? Would Ryland even be born?

So in order for us to have this lil lovely Tristenor family, the main change is Asshat dies young. In the canon timeline asshat becomes king at a 30ish after his parents and brother/sil were in a care accident. In this universe, Asshat dies from an aneurism shortly after marrying Rhea. Rhea was pregnant with Tristen at the time so sadly he will be an only child (no Donovan, Ryland, or Blaze).

Going one step further, Asshat's brother, Theodore (the OG CP) ends up succeeding their father. He has three children: Alice (CP), Richard, and Lorna. Asshat and Theodore's sister, Alessandra, stays a working royal. I'd like to think that she'd still marry the same dude and have the same kids.

Notable Facts:

Druzar is know for their strong army.

They have a long standing alliance with Grateron.

Polygamy is legal but is mostly practiced by nobles or royals.

While there is no law dictating it, Druzar is male primogeniture. There has been no Queen Regent in the history of the country.

Only children sired by the King and Queen will receive the title of prince(ess). Children sired by the king and his other wives will be addressed as Lord or Lady.
