drywall studies + a bonus doodle
better quality pictures of all 4 guest contributed artworks from drywall: unzipped! way better than my phone camera :-]
artists: ryann liebl, kaja blackley, jay stephens, jack gray
many drywalls [he re-read drywall: unzipped and got sad again]
all 4 guest illustrations from drywall: unzipped! I'd probably scan these if I wasn't so afraid to mess up the binding and if I even HAD a scanner!
Scans of the Drywall: Unzipped one-shot issue done in full color. Colors done by Jack Gray.
It's the fourth day of the seventh month. Who gives a hoot about that though? I finished scanning my personal copy of Drywall: Unzipped with my home printer/scanner! I couldn't find any scans of this version of the one-shot online, at least in my couple of searches online, so I figured I'd scan it and share it with everyone else on the internet to read.
It's not perfect, though. It's my first time scanning and posting any sort of book so it's not in the conventional reading format for the archive. I'm also using a basic office/home type document printer and scanner so the colors seem a bit washed out, at least to me. I didn't want to tear out the pages of the book so many of them appear blurry where they meet the spine. I actually just recently learned about flat bed scanners that remedy this problem but yeah, I'm a filthy casual doing this for fun.
But if anybody out there feels like buying their own copy of Drywall: Unzipped in color and they have access to a higher end and better suited scanner for the job, I highly encourage it! I'd love to see all Scud fans gain access to one of only two issues of the series that's been colorized in the best quality possible.
Peace and love!
P.S. I've already posted them on my main blog @tarczar but I'll definitely upload the guest art included in this issue to my archive account for easy access.
DRYWALL: UNZIPPED HAS BEEN ACQUIRED.
I'm so normal about this y'all-- scudposting never stops
