Tia catches too much shit for what she does, no one called Meg out over what happened with Pegasus and Rajah.
Everything was a game to the killer as their next victim moved about their day, unaware of the game that was going to happen in a few short moments. Their game would be quick at least. No point in dragging this one on more than it had to. Lilo had just been practice and now was just a warning to everyone else what was in store for them.
Walking up behind their chosen victim, the killer passed them before turning around and bringing their knife across their throat in one smooth fashion. No scream, just eyes full of shock as the killer caught them and smiled to themselves. Watch it there. Wouldn’t want you to hurt your pretty face now would we? The smile turned crooked as they dragged the body towards the wall and let it slid down until it crumpled on the floor.
A little girl named Lennon was the first to find the body as her shrill cries alerted her mother that something was not quite right. Their screams soon echoed the ship as security rushed towards them only to find what had frightened them. One of them called the body in while the other rushed to make sure the body was indeed dead. Yes,
In Chaos and Pain || John & Tia
The room was dark, and far too quiet when his eyes snapped open. He sat up, ice in his veins, and glanced around the barely lit room, blinking furiously to clear the grogginess away. He could here the faint sound of people sleeping-- but it sounded off. It didn't sound like it had the past few nights. Not as strong. He fought to his feet, looking at the room as his eyes adjusted to the dark. And what was wrong hit him as he did so. There weren't enough people in the room. He had the door open and had slipped out of it almost as soon as he realized this. He headed down the hall, moving swiftly, glancing around for whomever had left as he strode the floors of the ship, looking for whomever had strayed from the group.
He heard the broken sobbing before he saw who was making it and broke into a short-lived run, his long legs getting him to the source in no time. He froze for a second when he saw who the sound was coming from. No. Nonononono. He was on the ground, kneeling next to Tia in a matter of seconds, already able to tell with dread and horror in his stomach that the girl she was cradling was gone. He lightly touched a hand to Tia's shoulder, gazing down at Lottie, at the blood soaking her clothes, and covering Tia's hands.
He ignored his instinct to pull her into an embrace, to shield her from this, but he didn't know how she would react to being pulled away from her best friend's body. His eyes flicked up to Tia's face, desperate to help, desperate to do something, but unsure what could he could do, what he could say. His mind immediately snapped to the first logical thing he could think of, seeing as there was nothing he could do to help Lottie. "Tia--" He was hesitant to ask, hesitant to come across as cold and callous, but if there was an possibility of catching the killer, he had to try. "Tia, did you see who... who did this? Did you see which way they went?"

Unconventional || Clopin & Tia
Clopin almost didn't remember that he had made plans with someone until it was too late. He didn't often make plans with anyone, and when he did, they weren't the kind any sane person would forget, so this was new for him. He rolled off his bed, glancing at the clock, then made his way over to his suitcase, pulling out a pair of socks and tugging them on. He rifled through the clothes till he found a pair of gloves that zipped up that would allow enough room and be long enough to go over the sleeves of his henley. He pulled them on, slipping on a bulky ring and a necklace before zipping on a pair of boots over his skinny jeans.
Before he left the room, he grabbed his messenger back, throwing it over his head so that the strap was slung across his chest. It was a pretty big bag to carry, but he was hoping to get some more alcohol while he was out, as he had promised his last bottle to Meg and it seemed to be pretty good for trading around here. Plus, he needed a bottle for himself.
It took him a minute to find Tia in the lobby, even though there weren't that many people and he still towered over most of them. When he did locate her, he moved slowly in her direction, tugging on the zipper pulls to make sure they were still shut. He stopped in front of her, glancing down at her for a minute before he realized something. He didn't even know the girl's name. He typically didn't get past the first meetings so he'd stopped bothering to ask names. He instead lifted his right hand in a short form of greeting, shifting his weight onto one foot.
"So what did you have in mind when you asked me to meet you here? And what is your name? I never caught it."
Fuck walkin'. Tiaaaaa. Can' I jus' sleep in th' hall?
