Tias is almost the only one of immortal alweys, who sleeps. Alweys don't need to sleep, but for Tias it's a psychological need rather than a physical one. He sleeps when the weight of his immortal life is too much for him. Which could be about once a week or two.

And this quirk of his is not even the main reason why other alweys think he's a weirdo...

Have you ever written such a terrifying scene that you don't want to read it yourself? I have one such scene in DSLP - if I see it in the notebook, I quickly turn the page in horror.
