New Uniform

“Take that uniform off tubbo, you smell like shit.”

When Schlatt brought his reign down upon the young state of L’manberg, he brought with him shackles for the denizen and statesman alike. Tubbo wore the uniform of an obsolete time; a time of revolution in both body and mind. His uniform was ill fitting, made for men greater than him in both height and muscle.

It could not be more evident his state as a child soldier.

Despite this fate assigned to him, despite carrying the burden of a warrior, he still had a shine in his eyes and, therefore, hope in his soul. When he received the new administration’s uniform, it was beautifully tailored. While his appearance is that of a professional statesman and no longer an amateur militiaman, Tubbo was still so obviously out of place. His face was still soft with youth and his eyes still glowed; even though his suit no longer dwarfed him, he still looked oh so young.

He grew into his suit, and his eyes no longer shone.
