i'm not training anymore, but now that i've started running, i really want to continue, you know? it's great, i feel great, i love being in shape, i love being able to do something physical again. this year, same as a last, we have to make our own hours for phys ed, so i'm going to be running them. 72 hours starting next week and we have until the end of may to finish.
anyway, i guess i just wanted to update on my personal progress. when i started running three and a half months ago, my casual best was 1.5 minutes.
now: 25 minutes, 2.4 miles
IN THE NEWS TODAY: it took me seventeen years of not being sexually attracted to another person to realize i've never been sexually attracted to another person #demiadventures

aha, funny story. i was fixing a button on a skirt and when it was done, without thinking, i threw something over my shoulder. at first i thought it was a string, but i'm pretty sure it was the needle. so... i guess there's just a stray needle somewhere in my room now

oh, and more news on this year's course scheduling. i met with one of the guidance counsellors earlier today and, as it turns out, there wasn't an essentils math added to my time tables. apparently, precal has a tail course that runs every other day, but the computer screwed up and mislabels it. so, that's resolved.
ALSO!!! i found out having ib computer science first semester won't be a problem at all! in fact, it's worth a college credit and because i'm taking it, i won't have an exam for standard. so... all is well!
