Ten Random Headcanons!
Sanne (New Agent 3) is good at craftsmanship, but a terrible stylist
Maika (Agent 4) has had several short-term relationships during her furlough.
Takota (TakoTruck) has a fear of bones
Katsby (AnemoneNo1) is a history fanatic, but prefers to learn what they want, rather than what the school syllabus offers. They specifically like learning about different dog breeds.
Hitto (Captain) cut his own tentacles off the first time. Since then, Callie had been doing his haircut.
The reason for some of the holes on Sanne's shirt was because Nibbs (Smallfry) had a habit of chewing on it. He grew out of it eventually.
Acht was physically still in the Metro when they escaped the Memverse. They fortunately met C.Q. Cumber with Marina's help to get out.
Frye sometimes plays TableTurf with one of her little sisters. Particularly one. The other hates it.
Oyah (an OC) was a non-combatant member of the team that stole the Zapfish in the first game.
Pearl considered cutting ties with the New Squidbeak Splatoon the moment she heard Sheldon was affiliated with them.

Real childhood besties
Since most of you following this page have seen some of it already, I’m just gonna give you my concept of Agent 4’s new outfit, along with a headcanon that has stuck with me for a while:
Agent 4 can fight, and I’m not talking weapons.
I’ve had Agent 4 follow this headcanon across all of my works and I really enjoy the idea of a character from splatoon get physical. And I’m am happy to see it shine with the likes of Frye.
I wanted to tackle this concept in different ways in both of my fanfics since they are separate from each other.
In TYFBH, Agent 4 takes hybrid martial arts classes, this is really nothing more than part of the curriculum for her. She never uses it in real situations. Given the premise of the fic, this is rarely plot relevant but adds some sense of effort to the girl.
In Dual Complexity however, Maika (pictured above) learned a little street fighting. That being said, she only uses it if absolutely necessary. Say, if she has no weapon, or can’t take a specific person down with ink alone. I haven’t written any yet but I do have potential scenes where she uses this alternative.
That said, I redesigned her hero suit to give her the best of both worlds. Maika is not a pro, but has enough to work with in any predicament and is able to move as she likes.
I don’t think I can have every, future fanfic featuring Agent 4 with this trait. But I would enjoy writing scenes involving her sucker punching people.
