Modern Times + Ninkasi Dubspace Hazy Double IPA (Picked up at Trader Joe’s). A 4 of 4. This is really excellent -- the hop profile has a nice mix of berry and other more complex hop notes, not just a tropical fruit or citrus bomb. There’s lots of that in the background too, but the overall complexity of the hop profile and the drinkable, slightly sweet body is great. And a nice solid bitterness towards the finish, too.

I’m not gonna lie: This place probably isn’t gonna see that much usage out of it. I don’t do social medias because no one ever reads my shit anyways. Still, I’ll see what happens with it. Maybe I’ll actually start posting some cool stuff.
