So I remembered a comic from back when I was obsessed with mha about how deku was diagnosed with a terminal illness that would kill him(?), and in one scenario he joined class 1a to be a practiced dummy for rescue training. But the attack on the u.s.j. happens and the device that monitors deku's helth was turned off in order to send an s.o.s to the other heroes and when he turns it back on it reads result that hes in critical condition (cuz he was soaked earlier and got hyperthermia idk how) and rushed off to medbay..

So what I was thinking is mc/yuu is chronically ill and gets fevers easily, so coming to twisted wonderland they don't have their meds or equipment they need to monitor their health so they have to be careful about everything.

During the part when azul overblots mabey the potion they used in order to breathe underwater fails and they wind up getting soaked in cold sea water. One of the guys takes mc/yuu to the surface of the water so they can breathe and give them more of the potion they notice how cold they are, after the fight they go back to the mirror hall and notice that the mc/yuu is acting kinda off. Turns out they got a bad fever and is cold as ice. After getting them to the nurses office they need healers to help given the state of their body. After that the first years takes turns in looking out for the mc/yuu in their current state (not being able to leave the nurses office) they bring them the homework and notes from class. Hang out with them and get them lunch, Crowley after finding out what happened reluctantly gives you some time to recover from this. Leona could get his revenge by not letting you sleep but all he does is just sleep next to you secretly keeping an eye on you. Grim is staying with you making sure you're alright. And azul provides a sincere apology for almost ending yuu's/ mc's life.
