If it's okay to ask for prayers request, please pray for France. Our politicians are going very far into death culture. They are about to pass a law to allow abortion up to 14 weeks, even though doctors are begging them not to do so. Excuse the graphic language but after 12 weeks, the baby is too big so they will have to cut them in pieces and smash their skulls. It's horrendous. And they also want to abolish the objection of conscience so doctors WILL have to perform it. (And so will midwives since the law plans on allowing (forcing) midwives to perform chirurgical abortions). It's not even the end of their projects, they also want to allow abortion up to NINE months (that's right, end of term) for "psychological and social distress" which is not a medical cause. Please, pray for France, things are bad. (I didn't even start on their "bioethics law")

I am posting this so others can pray as well.

20 and 21 for the LOTR ask ? :)

20. If you could meet 3 of the actors who would you choose?

1. :D Viggo Mortensen.. He seems to be a very interesting person to have a conversation with. I bet we could talk for hours on many subjects like art, poetry, politics, animls, etc. I think I even dreamt I met him when I was  in high school.

2. Christopher Lee (if he were still here :( ) because he had an incredibly interesting life. I would want to know how he managed to play Mohammed Jinnah (the person at the helm of the creation of Pakistan) so well. He seemed to be a very cultured and articulate man.

3. Cate Blanchett  because I would like her to play one of my character. She is born to play a mighty queen. I loved her performance  as Galadriel and Elizabeth I. She is majestic.

Now, see the change of voice when I talk about the characters.

21. Which 3 characters would you choose to go on an epic adventure with?

I think you already know the answer after so many years. :D :D :D

1. Aragoooooooooorn. My brother, my son, my love, my father, my captain, my king. You get the drift. Who wouldn’t want to travel through Middle Earth with the Ranger who has strode all through these lands? Who wouldn’t want to sit by the campfire and listen to his stories and songs?

2. Eomer. A lady never travels without her spouse. I wouldn’t want him to worry about me. And plus, his horse is faster than any other. And I know I’d be safe with him.

3. Pippin. Why? Need you to ask why? We all know why. It’s not an epic adventure if Pippin is not creating some trouble and making us laugh.

Oh no. Only 3? ONLY 3? Why not 9?

2. Elladan & Elrohir  They count as one because they are twin ( @indely chuuuut) because they are my brothers and best friends. They know all the hidden paths, all the legends and they are deadly.

3. Halbarad because he’s one of my kinsman. And I’d rather travel with rangers of the North. My people.

Can I travel with the whole Grey Company? (Minus those friendly ghosts)

Autumn asks: maple and bonfire ? :)

maple :is there a hobby / skill that you’ve always wanted to try but never did?

One ??? :P Well... there are many but two of them would be pottery and weaving. :D I’d love to try both.

bonfire - describe your dream house. (you just knew I wanted to answer to this!!)

Well... There are two versions.The first one is the house I’d have with a husband and our children and our many animals. The kitchen would be huge, and the warmest place in the house. With  a door that leads to the vegetable garden and my herbs. There will be a big hearth in the kitchen, two big tables (one for eating, one for our projects) and enough space to dry my herbs, cook good food but also space to make our cosmetics etc.

It will be near the city but in a small patch of wilderness. The bedrooms won’t be too big but with big windows. The sitting room will also be a cosy little place. And the garden will include woods and a pound.

There will always be a guest room. And a room for arts and crafts. The cats will be everywhere. The dogs will stay in the first floor and will have access to the garden. And birds will come peck at my windowsill and be experts at avoiding the cats.

Now the second version is for little old me, without a husband nor kids but two cats  and a husky. We’ll live in a cabin in the pré-alpes. It will be small, but with a fireplace, and a guestroom. The view will be lovely, and it will be a bit away from the village. All dark woods and cosy.

1. how were you introduced to the series?

In 2011 I watched the old anime, I don’t remember how exactly I found it. I didn’t really enjoy it for the first time, as I somehow missed many episodes, and  managed to finish it only thanks to the interest caused by Hatori’s episode (I owe him a lot, heh). Then I rewatched it and cried a lot. Then I bought first volumes of the manga I accidentally saw in a bookshop. I was surprised that in first volumes there were already scenes omitted in the adaptation, so I continued reading it and then I was lost.

8. favorite manga chapter?

I have many of them, but there is a chapter I remember first when asked this question: volume 8, chapter 46. Fears about the future, Shigure’s laundry metaphor. With my forever favourite quote: ‘Sometimes I get anxious about future too… so… Let’s eat some noodles together!’ This chapter helped me a lot when I was in high school and was struggling about my future path, and many times after that.

10. favorite theme in the story?

I guess, “moving on”. Letting go of people and feelings. And also, finding a family not related to you by blood, “your people”.

13. Do you have any places where you feel closer to God? Definitely when I’m at my barn with Casper and Maximus. Casper was the lifelong dream He fulfilled, and Maximus has made me trust God’s will from the day I saw him.

16. What is your favorite Bible verse to comfort you when you are afraid? My Mom’s favorite is Jeremiah 29:11 so that’s kind of become mine too :) but also Philippians 4:13.
