0. Calla Lily
The calla lily has meant different things at different periods in history, but its classic meaning is considered to be magnificent beauty.
Calla lilies have become a common favorite in wedding ceremonies, but in contrast, lilies are also associated with death. They were often used on the graves of youths who suffered an untimely death.
Desperation to draw is hooking up your tablet to a 11.5" notebook.
On the bright side, I really like how this turned out. It was all painted on one layer because I figured it would be easier to blend. More to come, probably. I'll do more of my favorite Royal Knights.
Two variations of Ducissamon: With her helmet on, and with it off. This is also for the upcoming WIP Visual Novel for Path of Kings. She serves as one of the key characters to the story.
