Congee craving, again. This time, it's with roast duck. For $14, you can't complain. Cafe BBQ Duck, High Street, is a hive of activity. Service is welcoming and fast. Your order is taken and your food is efficiently delivered. Your meal comes with a complimentary lai thong (house soup) and piping hot tea is served in a pot. You have access to all the condiments and sauces. There is a constant stream of Uber Eats bags leaving the cafe. Having just done a story on service in Adiannrestaueants, I'm acutely aware and now more understanding of the workings of many eateries.
