Congee time again at Duck Duck Goose. Perfect comfort food for winter. Chef Willie Tuyen Nguyen nails the consistency of the rice congee, unlike the wallpaper paste of most other eateries. Poached chicken slices and a poached egg complete the congee composition. Condiments include sesame crackers, crispy pork hock, braised pork belly, shallots and toasted peanuts. By special request, light soya sauce to drizzle on the congee and egg, just like back home.
