So this edit is Not satisfactory to me but I wanted to use it as an example
So I've seen tons of screencap manipulator artists (i dabble, obviously) struggling with their linework looking a lot higher quality than the style they're trying to emulate. Especially in the Ducktales fandom (i know because. been there hhh). So here's some tips to make your screencap draw-overs a smidge more cohesive, born of my own struggles, trial, and error :'D
Don't use a smooth line brush if you can help it. Use something with a lil bit of raggedness to it to mirror the slight blur screenshots tend to have.
Use the highest quality screenshots you can find, and if possible, click on images and download uncompressed versions of them.
Do your edits/drawing on a separate layer and then very slightly blur that layer so it matches the clarity of the screenshot.
aaaaand that's all i got good luck im runnin on a lil over two and a half less hours of sleep than usual wheeee
