Dudley Do-Right

Created by Jay Ward Productions, Dudley Do-Right of the Mounties was a segment that featured in The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends.  Do-Right is a dim-witted, but conscientious and cheerful Canadian Mountie who works for Inspector Fenwick. Do-Right is always trying to catch his nemesis, Snidely Whiplash, and rescue Inspector Fenwick's daughter, perpetual damsel-in-distress Nell (with whom Do-Right is deeply infatuated). The hero always succeeds albeit by way of pure luck or through the actions of his intrepid horse.

The segment debuted in November of 1959.  In April of 1969, the segments were re-aired as part of The Dudley Do-Right Show.  Actor Bill Scott provided the voice of the stalwart mountie.
