Dueling Dames: Vixen in the Kitchen
Who doesn't love a little friendly competition? Jupe Boutique challenged Ashley and me to take the same piece and style it. A sort of style showdown, if you will.
We picked out this sheer embellished vest-tank combo on Saturday. I hadn't showered (don't judge) so I was wearing a little scarf turban. When I tried on the vest I thought, yeah. I look like a Bret Michaels-Steven Tyler love child... aaaaand I kinda dig it.
I've mentioned before how desperately I would love to be a rock star. Or at least a rock star's go-go dancer girlfriend. Whenever a really great rock song comes on, I can't help but imagine myself melting people's faces off with my songs. My kitchen transforms into an arena and I just get to WAIIIILLLLLL!!! \m/
I am not a glam rock fan. But I would be lying if I said there was never a time long, long ago when I was an impressionable 8 year-old, that I didn't think those guys were sorta kinda cool.
