hiiii quick question: what's (in your opinion) a good starting point to get deeper into transformers? I've only ever had contact with the live Action movies but am willing to remedy that!

Oh I was a bit clumsy with getting into it, grabbed a list of the good shit that was recommended to me and went from there

I honestly started out with the original G1 Cartoon from the 80s first, but of course a glorified toy commercial in the form of a goofy cartoon leaves a lot to be desired especially one from the 80s,, which is exactly why I love it!

there's also how its tied to the first Transformers movie in which season 3 picked up from there- and the movie is genuinely fucking fantastic 100% recommend watching, without a doubt the best Transformers film

I also think Transformers Animated and Transformers Prime is really good, heard a ton of good things about the latest ongoing cartoon Earthspark! I've yet to actually watch it, but imo when it comes to long running series it is definitely worth trying the latest thing since they do accommodate for people who don't know anything about the franchise

for comic books I've only read More Than Meets The Eye, but people recommend it as the starting point for the IDW continuity, and theyre very correct for that, it's really fucking good

HMMM, for German: Schmuckkörbchen (the name for Cosmea); Flitzpiepe (Central German slang word for someone who's sort of a tool) and Geisterstunde (which would be the equivalent to 'witching hour').

For Spanish; durazno (LatAm Spanish for 'peach', and imo better than melocotón), petirrojo (robin, as in... the bird), and hipocresía (hypocrisy).

14. do you enjoy your country’s cinema and/or TV?

German mainstream cinema is just plain and simply... bad. Let's be real, lol, it's kinda horrible, and also extremely unfunny - like, the "most popular comedy" of the 10s is Fack Ju Göhte, and it's gotta be the unfunniest movie I've ever had the displeasure to watch. The more you stray away from the mainstream, the better the movies get, but sadly they barely get any hype here either.

Same with TV, altho TV was never... big here either? It's mostly cop shows and soaps, and only recently they sorta diverged from that (while still sticking a lot to the crime & cop/detective drama bs).

So occasionally yes, most times no, but I wish it was better.
