You should call the school and make a meeting with them so you can explain what happened to your app.
I should but like I also feel so stupid that I never want to get in touch with them..
I'll probably e-mail them with an updated version.. It's just like everythings the same except I forgot to put the name of the school & the prof I wanna work with & in technicality I should be writing a different personal statement for each school, & it's now pretty obvious that I'm not doing that so I feel dumb
