Geeta Bali in Dulari (1949) | dir. A. R. Kardar
[ song: Na bol pee pee more angana by Shamshad Begum ]
[ music: Naushad | lyrics: Shakeel Badayuni ]
Remembering Hindi cinema’s yesteryear actress Dulari on her birth anniversary. Forced to look for work after her father's illness, Dulari made her film debut with Hamari Baat (1943). Her last screen appearance was in Ziddi (1997).
ಠ-ಠ (Do they like it when people touch their hair?) for Lakkam, Niam & Dulari pls !
Later on after Lakkam and Isilmesar have actually formed their relationship, Isil very much enjoys braiding Lakkam’s hair. Lakkam, while he’s not a fan of wearing braids in his hair, enjoys the gesture of him actually doing it.
Niaṁ’s hair is quite big and curly, her mother being the only one who could really tame it. If anything, she wouldn’t want people to get their fingers tangled in her hair, so if she can avoid it, she’d prefer people not touching it.
Dulari would slap your hand away. Done.

A game of twister, Vikal vs. Dulari, and a race on horse back, Tylan vs.Taban.
Dulari would definitely win. He’s a lot more flexible and he would most likely shove Vikal down if it looked like he was about to get the advantage.
This one would be a close one. Tylan has been riding a lot longer and his mighty steed Hoovsies wouldn’t want to let him down, but Taban is an avid rider and very competitive. I think in the long run, Tylan’s experience would pick him up the win.
Headcanon sex life : ☠, ☮, ♤, ✿ for Cassius and Dulari!
☠ Sexuality
Cassius has yet to explore his sexuality, though he’s been caught a fair few times looking at the ladies by his two Qunari companions, both teasing him for it. Like a lot of people his age, he’s…curious. Whether or not he’d actually act on his curiosity with this particular thing is still up for debate.
Dulari is heterosexual, though has partaken in sexual acts with other men present, such as threesomes and orgies. He’d gladly tell you he doesn’t mind if a mans hand, lips or tongue wanders onto certain places.
☮ Position Preferences
Cassius would be far too flustered and shy to take control in this kind of situation. The more experience the other had, the better, so if that means the other person riding on top, then that would be the position for him.
Dulari himself enjoys being on top. He’s quite a dominant person in and out of sex, so any position that involves him taking control, he’s down for it.
♤ Worst time ever
Can’t answer this for poor Cassius boy!
Dulari recalls one evening in The Pearl. Perhaps it was too much alcohol on his part, but he found himself tied to the bed posts and quite naked. The issue was, the person he’d paid for wasn’t able to keep him…”motivated”. He had to break out of his bonds and take over.
The two spoke after the act, Dulari insisting it wasn’t her fault and perhaps that is why he prefers being on top.
He hasn’t been back since.
✿ In the morning or when night falls?
Cassius is a lot more active in the morning, so I think then. In the evening he tends to lose all his energy from his day of pure energy.
Dulari prefers night. The morning is him time, while the evening he finds it easier to relax and unwind.
