After - wait for it - ONE year and FIVE months, I have FINALLY finished this one Dulcamara-centric Elisir fic that I have been blabbering about for so long!!!!! All this for a 16K oneshot, what??

New opera headcanon: I like the idea of Dulcamara's "elixir" coming in tiny vials and Nemorino just having a comically low alcohol tolerance. "half a glass of wine and he's wasted" kind of low.

(Which is why most Dulcamara's other customers don't notice much of the taste and the tell-tale side effects.And Nemorino doesn't usually drink + placebo effect so he didn't catch on at all)

My feelings about Taryn : I don't like her. It's not like I hate her guts but if she asked for a pad I would contemplate lying

My feelings about Wren : If she has no supporters I am dead. she's just a baby 🥺

My feelings about Dulcamara : If she has no haters I am dead. like, she was OK in TCP but she was So antagonistic against Jude in TWK even before the Court of termites was attacked. And yeah Jude was indebted to Roiben but she is still the right hand of the high king and should not have been spoken to in a degrading manner
