GT Episode 42 Spoilers

I’m so proud of Mendax because it seems each time he’s spoken with Mercy now in the past few episodes he’s pushed back against her a bit more. Also yeah Episode 42 displayed how manipulative Mercy is to Mendax especially in comparison to how Mercy is to Carmilla and how unhealthy and bad it is for Mendax’s own emotions and trauma.

Also, I don’t blame Rafa for not wanting to speak with Mendax because Rafa has been on the don’t trust Mendax train since the start and until now was proven wrong but this episode reaffirmed a deep concern Rafa has had about Mendax from the beginning.

This is also really unfortunate because of how much trust the weavers have built in Mendax and how much better they know he can be and I don’t see a world where they receive what happened in Rafa’a room well.
