Day 3! My adventures in a Bengali restaurant.
It was dull. Not because it wasn’t busy, but because nothing interesting happened. It wasn’t even as busy as the busiest nights we’ve had, but because the only other people that I’m working with are new and don’t even know how to do things like set tables or take dishes away.
A couple came in with a toddler and it slept throughout the whole evening. It asleep when they came in and asleep when they left.
Someone had a birthday party. They came in with a cake and we gave it to them.
Very dull.
Had some regulars come in again. I don’t know their names but they’re a couple and and woman always likes a large amount of red sauce.
