was gonna shower n head to bed early but cat jumped up on my lap an hour ago. he's so warm. help

(He's being sedated and not allowed to eat before it)
left my baby to get surgery today so idk if I'll be around much, very worried about him and the cost of this, much anxiety and all that
I know I've got unanswered asks and thank you a bunch. head's just not been in the right place for it
he. keeps wanting food. he has food. i give new food. food not good enough. it's. it's the same food he's been eating for years.

i've been taking my cat out again on the balcony and he's now started to tell me when he wants to go out
there's no proper place to sit so I can't do more than about 15 minutes for my body but I plan to catify the balcony with nets and a place for him to sit and look out over his kingdom
he already cost 19k this month but I'll get it started with the net at least so he can be outside when he wishes without the harness
"Why have you not done this before?" my cat is ~11 and has been terrified of the outside. I've brought him out before and he clings to me or just wants to get inside
up until now, he's been very happy to simply sit by an ajar door and sniff the air
