Four Stooges Headcanon/Doodle Dumping
So big surprise, I might be obsessed with these four absolute morons
I call their mini selves the Four Stooges and I'm gonna ramble about my headcanons for them now!!
So back in middle school, Patrick Fitzgerald was "the cool kid", basically because he was the biggest guy in class and never talked to anyone.
Sal was stalking him, trying to figure out how to be as cool as him. Steve wondered what he was up to and ended up joining in, and Richard followed.
Pat saw them, and was not happy. He shooed them off, but they just came back the next day, and the next, and the next... until eventually he gave up and let them tag along.
Patrick was the self-proclaimed leader, of course. He was an incredibly insecure school bully with a lot of bottled-up trauma, and allowed the nerds to follow him since he thought he could get them to do whatever he says. Sal was a homeless kid who lived in the junkyard, also desperate for some kind of self-worth, but generally a surprisingly happy dude. He was the smallest kid in class. Steve had a rough home life with his authoritarian mother who was always disappointed in him. But school was a great escape and he cared very deeply about his friends. Richard was kind of in the same boat as Steve, and was virtually no different than he is today lol Together, they pulled pranks on everyone, desperately tried to win over their crushes, and made fun of each other to no end. One day a few years later, Patrick had an incident with his family and took it out on the guys, breaking up the gang. Steve defended Richard and they still tried to remain friends, but Sal didn't have anywhere to go now that his best bro suddenly hated him.
