Hi. Do you think Shaw is aware of the simulation by the end of simulation 6741? Cos she said Root is not her safe place anymore. It makes me think that Shaw's mind always goes to Root in the previous sims and that's how Greer knows about the implant

I think she is, subconsciously she knew-- that’s why the subway is still safe, that’s why the safe house was called Root’s place, when it’s not.

Little clues her brain puts up as warning signs that this isn’t real. 

I bet when Martine pulled that info from her was the first moments Shaw subconsciously put up the safeguards in her head.
